Anna Lambertini

Architect and Landscape Architect, specialized in Garden Design and Landscape Architecture , PhD in Landscape Architecture, Anna Lambertini is associate professor of Landscape Architecture at the University of Florence, Department of Architecture, where she is currently director of the Master Degree Program in Landscape Architecture and scientific coordinator of the Research Unit Exploring for Landscape Architecture. She teaches also Concept Ville et Paysage at the EuroMed University of Fés (Morocco). Since 1995 until 2016, she old her professional office based in Florence, working on the field of landscape architecture for public bodies and private clients.

Since 2016 she is appointed editor-in-chief of the scientific journal Architettura del Paesaggio promoted by AIAPP (the italian chapter of the International Federation of Landscape Architects) and she is member of the international scientific committee of the Fondazione Benetton Studi Ricerche of Treviso.  Research and design exploration activities favour the dimension of ordinary landscapes and everyday open spaces, with particular reference to the themes of the aesthetic perception of places; of urban natures; of playscapes; of the intersections between artistic practices, garden culture and landscape architecture.
